Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Greenhouse Grower for our small-scale greenhouse operation, focused on producing high-quality cannabis. In this hands-on role, you will manage the full lifecycle of plant cultivation in a controlled environment, ensuring optimal growth while adapting to the needs of a compact, efficient setup. This position requires a passion for horticulture, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or with a minimal team in a dynamic, seasonal environment.
Key Responsibilities

Monitor and maintain plant health by regularly inspecting for pests, diseases, nutrient deficiencies, and environmental stress; apply integrated pest management techniques as needed.

Regulate greenhouse conditions, including temperature, humidity, lighting, ventilation, and irrigation systems, to create ideal growing environments year-round.

Perform daily tasks such as planting seeds and/or clones, watering, fertilizing, pruning, weeding, and harvesting crops to ensure timely production and quality standards.

Manage soil preparation and nutrient application, with an emphasis on sustainable practices suitable for a small operation.

Handle basic equipment maintenance, inventory tracking of supplies like seeds, fertilizers, and tools, and record-keeping for crop yields and growth data.
