About Us Casago Desert to Coast manages vacation rental properties across Arizona and California. We're a growing, hospitality-driven team that believes in going above and beyond for our guests and owners.
The Role We're looking for a Warehouse Manager to keep our operations running smoothly behind the scenes. You'll oversee our warehouse, manage linen and supply inventory, handle procurement, and serve as a key backup for our Housekeeping Manager. If you're organized, proactive, and take pride in making sure nothing falls through the cracks, this is your role.
What You'll Do
- Inventory & Supply Management: Maintain accurate inventory of linens, cleaning supplies, guest amenities, and operational materials. Track usage, flag shortages before they become problems, and keep the warehouse organized.
- Procurement: Order and restock supplies, coordinate with vendors, compare pricing, and ensure we always have what we need — without overstocking.
- Warehouse Operations: Receive deliveries, organize storage, maintain a clean and efficient warehouse, and manage linen processing workflows. This role requires the ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive physical tasks including sorting, folding, transporting and organizing linen, supplies and inventory.
- Housekeeping Support: Serve as backup for the Housekeeping Manager on days off and during high-volume periods. Help coordinate turnover logistics, supply staging for door stays, and housekeeping team support as needed.
- Quality Control: Inspect linens and supplies for quality, manage damaged/worn item replacement cycles, and maintain standards that match our hospitality-first approach.
- Coordination: Work closely with housekeeping teams, maintenance, and operations to ensure properties are stocked and ready for every guest arrival.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or a similar logistics/supply chain role
- Strong organizational skills — you're the type who labels everything and knows exactly where it is
- Comfortable with basic inventory tracking (spreadsheets, apps, or PMS systems)
- Reliable, self-directed, and able to manage your own schedule
- Valid driver's license and ability to transport supplies as needed
- Hospitality or property management experience is a plus, not a requirement
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
