Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician with 3–5 years of experience in property maintenance, repairs, and installations.  This role is critical in ensuring our properties are maintained at the highest standards and our guests enjoy flawless experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform quality repair and maintenance tasks across properties.
• Conduct general installations and repairs, including but not limited to:
  
  • Painting
  • Drywall repair
  • Basic carpentry
  • Flooring
  • Plumbing installation and repairs

• Troubleshoot and perform basic diagnostics on appliances.
• Set up and operate home devices (TVs, internet, modem, Apple TV, Amazon Fire-Stick, etc.).
• Utilize smartphone applications to input receipts and open/close work orders.
• Maintain clear, professional communication with internal team members, owners, vendors, and guests.
• Take initiative and make decisions in the field to solve problems effectively.
  
  

Required Tools & Equipment:
Applicants must have a complete set of basic hand tools, essential power tools for plumbing and electrical tasks, and maintain a well-organized tool bag.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  
• Strong planning skills to maximize efficiency and reduce stress.
  
• Team player with excellent communication skills.
  
• Capable of driving company van (clean driving record required; vehicle provided).
  
• Flexible and open schedule with availability for any shift between 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM, Monday through Sunday, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed.
  
• High integrity and ability to make sound decisions on-site.
  
• Clean background; willing to undergo background check.
  
  

Preferred Experience

• Proven ability to provide high-quality maintenance and repairs in residential properties.
  
• Familiarity with smart home devices and technology.
  
• Experience with using mobile apps for work order management and documentation.

Payrate:  $21 - $23 per hour, DOE.
