Primary Responsibilities:
- Perform routine and emergency maintenance on warehouse buildings and equipment
- Diagnose mechanical issues and determine appropriate repairs
- Operate and test machinery to ensure proper function
- Assemble, install, and repair plumbing, piping systems, machinery, and equipment
- Conduct general facility upkeep including carpentry, painting, plumbing, HVAC, basic electrical, and some welding
- Use a variety of hand tools, power tools, and precision instruments
- Perform onsite snow removal when needed
- Be available for on-call after-hours emergencies
Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience in building maintenance and repair (carpentry, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, welding)
- Ability to safely and effectively use hand and power tools
- Excellent driving record
- Willingness to be on call for emergencies and snow removal
- Dependable, self-motivated, and safety-oriented
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Pay: 21.50/hour
