Acme Construction is a Utah-based heavy civil contractor specializing in road reconstruction, structural concrete, excavation, and large-scale public infrastructure projects throughout the Wasatch Front.
We are hiring a Bridge Construction Project Foreman to join our team. In this role, you will be highly responsible for the successful completion of the job assignment. This entails being responsible for the direction and coordination of foreman, field labor, equipment, subcontractors, and materials on projects assigned. The Project Foreman is accountable for the efficient and effective day to day construction and safety of the project. You will work in conjunction with the Project Manager in the coordination, planning, and scheduling of projects, while keeping within the allocated budgets. This role requires excellent organization and communication skills as you will collaborate with various teams, companies and agencies while monitoring multiple projects. Experience building and coordinating bridges construction projects are required.
This is a hands-on field leadership role focused on production, safety, and quality during construction activities.
Key Responsibilities
· Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
· Coordinate a ~10 self-performing crew plus subcontractors.
· Plan and ensure execution of advanced form building processes for structural concrete work.
· Coordinate building and setting forms processes for bridge substructures and superstructures.
· Drive production targets and schedule adherence during limited closure windows.
· Maintain safety leadership across all work zones.
· Coordinate deliveries, equipment, and subcontractor sequencing.
· Track quantities, daily production, and field documentation.
· Communicate daily with Project Manager and project leadership.
Required Experience
· Foreman leadership on Heavy Civil Construction.
· Minimum 5 years of experience on Bridge Construction Projects.
· Proficient in form building and timber structural framing processes.
· Coordinating crews of ~10 craft workers in self-performing heavy civil operations.
· Must have at least 5 years of coordination experience.
· Demonstrate strong organization and problem-solving skills.
· Must be legal to work in the US.
· OSHA Certified a plus.

· $30.00 - $35.00 per hour - wage based on experience and education
