Clinical Supervisor
The Counseling Supervisor would be responsible for daily clinical supervision and assignment allocation for the Counseling Staff, Counseling Assistants and Care Coordinators. Tasks would also include direct patient services, i.e. Professional Assessments, facilitation of specialty groups, supervision of CDCA clinicians and management of a caseload when necessary due to staffing restrictions. Scheduling, clinical assignments for both patients and staff duties are included.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must have a Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work or Addiction Specialty
- Must possess an Ohio license in addiction counseling, counseling or social work
- Minimum of two years' experience in working with substance use disorders
- Minimum of one year experience with direct supervision experience
