We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide ABA therapy services to children. This position involves implementing individualized behavior intervention plans, collecting data throughout sessions using Hi Rasmus, and completing session notes after each visit.

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide ABA therapy services to children. This position involves implementing individualized behavior intervention plans, collecting data throughout sessions using Hi Rasmus, and completing session notes after each visit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work one-on-one with children using evidence-based ABA strategies
- Track and record data in Hi Rasmus throughout each session
- Submit a detailed session note after each session
- Follow all professional conduct guidelines
- Collaborate with supervisors and caregivers to support treatment goals
- Must obtain or currently hold an RBT certification
- Must have experience as an RBT
- Strong background in behavior and mental health support
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Comfortable working with children of varying ages and abilities
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Creativity and flexibility are a plus!

- 1099 position
- $25-30 per hour
