Position Overview:

We are seeking a results-driven Marketing Manager to lead and execute strategic marketing initiatives within the construction industry. This role will be responsible for creating compelling content by visiting active job sites, managing digital platforms, and driving brand awareness and lead generation. This individual will also work closely with HR support recruiting efforts and team recognition. Proficiency in HubSpot, SEO, and WordPress is required.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to the construction industry to increase brand awareness and generate qualified leads.
  • Create engaging, original content by visiting active job sites and documenting projects through photos, videos, and written case studies.
  • Partner with HR and Business Development teams to support lead generation initiatives, recruitment marketing, and the development of marketing materials.
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitive landscapes, target geographic areas, and client needs; use insights to inform strategy.
  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, print, and industry events.
  • Collaborate with internal teams—including project managers, estimators, leadership, HR, and Business Development—to align marketing efforts with business objectives and growth initiatives.
  • Manage digital marketing channels, including website (WordPress), social media, email marketing (HubSpot), and online advertising.
  • Optimize website content and structure for SEO to improve visibility and search rankings.
  • Analyze marketing performance metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness and optimize initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with digital advertising regulations and data privacy laws, including GDPR and CCPA.
  • Oversee the creation of marketing collateral such as brochures, presentations, proposals, recruitment materials, and project case studies, ensuring consistency and quality.
  • Build and maintain relationships with industry partners, trade associations, and media outlets.
  • Coordinate paid media strategies with leadership, providing insights and recommendations aligned with business goals.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment.
  • Support special projects and initiatives as assigned.



Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of marketing experience in the construction industry or a related field.
  • Proven success in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive measurable results and support business development efforts.
  • Experience collaborating with HR and Business Development teams to support recruiting initiatives and lead generation.
  • Strong understanding of the construction industry, including project lifecycles and client needs.
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot, WordPress, SEO, and digital marketing tools (CMS, social media platforms, email marketing, analytics).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and with external partners.
  • Creative thinker with strong storytelling and content creation abilities.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Adaptable and solution-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Proven experience in content marketing, copywriting, and lead generation.
  • Experience working closely with sales teams or leadership to support business development efforts.

Salary : $75,000 - $90,000
