This role is responsible for installing, commissioning, and maintaining ACM semiconductor wet processing and single-wafer cleaning equipment at customer facilities. Day-to-day tasks include diagnosing and troubleshooting equipment issues, performing preventive and corrective maintenance, and providing technical support to help customers optimize system performance. The Field Service Engineer will document service activities, maintain accurate records, and collaborate with engineering and product teams to relay field feedback and support continuous improvement. This role also involves training customer personnel on proper equipment operation and safety, while delivering professional, timely customer service in a high-tech manufacturing environment.

Qualifications
- Strong field service experience, including on-site installation, startup, and support of complex industrial or semiconductor equipment.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and diagnostic techniques for mechanical, electrical, and software-controlled systems.
- Background in technical support and preventive maintenance, with ability to interpret manuals, schematics, and technical documentation.
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, manage expectations, and build long-term professional relationships.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training in engineering, electronics, mechatronics, or a related technical field.
- Hands-on experience in semiconductor manufacturing equipment or related high-precision, cleanroom tools is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work safely in a fab or cleanroom environment, including adherence to EHS protocols and use of appropriate PPE.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed and to work occasional extended or off-hours during critical customer events.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
