Your missionLead a high-performing manufacturing operation where safety is non-negotiable, standard work is a habit, and continuous improvement never stops. You will connect corporate and regional direction to plant-level objectives, use data and technology to lift KPIs, and build an engaged workforce that delivers for customers and the community.
How you will make an impact- Set the tone for a safety-first culture and maintain compliance with regulatory, environmental, and corporate standards.
- Move the needles on safety, quality, productivity, cost, delivery, and employee retention.
- Apply Lean principles and data-driven problem solving to remove waste and increase operational efficiency.
- Institutionalize discipline and accountability through standardized processes and consistent work practices.
- Plan staffing, succession, and talent development across all shifts to meet demand and grow future leaders.
- Coach and mentor frontline leaders to improve decisions and strengthen team performance.
- Drive employee engagement that supports our culture, reduces turnover, elevates morale, and sustains productivity.
- Deploy strategy by translating corporate and regional plans into plant targets, using technology, data, and CI tools to achieve safe, sustained KPI gains.
- Ensure accurate inventory, effective materials management, and precise fulfillment to meet production goals and deliver outstanding customer service.
- Own the operational budget, adapting it as business needs and market conditions change.
- Partner closely with EHS, Supply Chain, Engineering, Maintenance, and Quality to synchronize plans, schedules, and priorities.
- Share plant performance openly with employees, peers, and leadership to build transparency and shared accountability.
- Support regional and enterprise initiatives that advance manufacturing excellence and align with corporate priorities.
- Represent the plant in the community by engaging with local organizations, schools, and events to strengthen our brand and employer reputation.
- Bachelor's degree or substantial manufacturing and management experience.
- 10 years of managerial experience in a production environment.
- Proven leadership and interpersonal effectiveness.
- Operational strength with Lean business practice expertise.

Salary : $130,000 - $150,000
