Job Description: 

We are searching for a Building Services Coordinator to join our team! As a member of our staff, you will be responsible for the overall cleanliness of all areas of the facility to ensure a healthy and clean environment. 

Some of your responsibilities will include: 

• Assist in monitoring the performance of Business Services to ensure services are of the highest quality
• Participate in the process of recruitment and retention, training, supervision, and development of staff.
• Supervise and train assigned cleaning staff as well as provide on-site support and leadership.
• Ensure staff are supported and provided with the tools and resources necessary to be successful in completing job responsibilities.
• Train staff in workplace safety and OSHA guidelines.
• Responsible for record Obtain Safety Data Sheet (SDS) for all cleaning substances for each worksite and ensure that employees are informed of the hazardous chemicals in products used by providing an SDS on all new products in the worksite.
• Support provision of service in compliance with all internal and regulatory quality assurance and corporate compliance standards.

• Operate floor cleaning machinery
• Oversee inventory and order supplies necessary for building maintenance.

Qualifications: 

• High School diploma/GED equivalent required. 
• Minimum of 2 years cleaning/maintenance experience.
• One year supervisory experience preferred.
• Valid NY State driver’s license.

Physical Demands/Requirements: 

• Continual standing and walking during shift. 
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Hours: Mon- Fri 3:30pm-10pm, 30 hours per week
