We are looking for a Senior Validation Engineer – ECU Cybersecurity to join a cutting-edge team working on next-generation electric vehicle platforms. This role is ideal for professionals passionate about automotive cybersecurity, embedded systems, and vehicle-level validation.
What You’ll Do:
• Lead end-to-end cybersecurity validation of ECUs across domains (ADAS, infotainment, gateway, body control)
• Validate security features such as Secure Boot, OTA updates, authentication, and encryption
• Develop and execute comprehensive validation strategies and test plans
• Perform penetration-style testing and vulnerability assessments on vehicle networks (CAN, Ethernet)
• Automate test cases using Python/Shell and enhance validation frameworks
• Collaborate cross-functionally to identify and resolve security vulnerabilities
What We’re Looking For:
• 10 years of experience in automotive/embedded systems testing
• Strong expertise in ECU validation and vehicle network protocols (CAN, LIN, Ethernet)
• Hands-on experience with Secure Boot, OTA, HSM, JTAG security, and embedded Linux
• Proficiency in Python or Shell scripting for automation
• Experience with HIL/SIL environments and system-level validation
Nice to Have:
• Knowledge of ISO/SAE 21434, UNECE R155
• Experience with PKI, TLS, and secure key management
• Familiarity with AUTOSAR and CI/CD pipelines
