Senior Controls & Software Systems Engineer

Location: North Charleston, SC (100% Onsite)

Duration: 12 Months Contract

Pay Rate: $90/hr. on W2

Shift: 1st Shift (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM)

Key Responsibilities

  • Software & Controls: Architect, test, and maintain desktop, cloud, and industrial automation software for 787 Dreamliner production.
  • Automation & OEMs: Program and troubleshoot automated equipment and control systems from leading OEMs.
  • DevSecOps Ownership: Lead software products through full lifecycle (conception to retirement).
  • Vendor SME: Draft bid specs, review vendor proposals, and validate technical performance.

Must-Have Requirements

  • Education: BS in Engineering, CS, Math, Physics, or related STEM degree.
  • Experience: 2 yrs in Engineering Application & 2 yrs in Software Development.
  • Tech Stack (Any 2 ): C , C#, .NET, Python, Go, Java, JavaScript, SQL/NoSQL, AWS/Azure/GCP, or Industrial Controls (ICS).

Preferred Skills

  • 9 years overall experience.
  • Docker/Containers, Linux/Unix, GD&T, and 3D Metrology/Spatial Analyzer.
