We are seeking a Product Manager with expertise in Customer Service Technology and AI to lead platform strategy and M&A-driven integrations into a standardized Genesys ecosystem. This role owns the end-to-end product lifecycle, driving AI-enabled automation, stakeholder alignment, and scalable customer experience transformation.
Must-Have Skills:
- Product management (ideation → launch)
- Genesys Cloud (CCaaS) & contact center tech (IVR, routing, agent workflows)
- AI/ML, chatbots, virtual assistants, automation
- M&A system integration and consolidation
- API integrations, backlog management, and KPI tracking (CSAT, AHT, FCR)
- Strong stakeholder management and communication
