Job Title: Manufacturing Planner 3
Location: Hazelwood, MO
Job type: Hybrid (2–3 days onsite per week)
Duration: 12 Months Contract
Work Schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (First Shift)
Rate: $50/hr
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain manufacturing plans, BOMs, and work instructions
- Define and document as-built product configurations
- Create manufacturing concepts and strategies aligned with business objectives
- Integrate suppliers, processes, materials, data, and technology to meet production requirements
- Review and approve supplier and engineering data for manufacturing compliance
- Develop tooling requirements and manage tools from design through disposal
- Perform producibility assessments for part and product designs
- Provide manufacturability input to engineering and design teams
- Develop integrated work statements and production sequencing to meet delivery targets
- Investigate and resolve manufacturing issues on the shop floor
- Update and maintain processes and procedures in compliance with regulatory and business standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for MESci manufacturing planning rewrite
- Ensure regular and predictable attendance and participation in onsite activities
Basic Qualifications
- 5 years of related manufacturing planning experience
- OR equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g., Bachelor’s 1 year, Master’s 7 years)
- Experience developing manufacturing plans, BOMs, and work instructions
- Strong understanding of manufacturing engineering concepts
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in aerospace or defense manufacturing
- Experience with 3D model-based instructions
- Familiarity with tools such as:
- Siemens NX
- CATIA
- CREO
- MES systems (including MESci)
- DELMIA, IVT, Gold, PrimeR, Aurora, VisVSA
- Experience reviewing engineering outputs such as installation plans and tool orders
- Strong understanding of manufacturing execution systems and digital planning tools
Salary : $48 - $50
