About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Manager to support enterprise-level infrastructure and cloud initiatives. This role will focus on program coordination, reporting, and execution support across cross-functional teams, ensuring successful delivery of projects aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Support program planning activities including roadmap development and cross-team dependency management
- Track and report weekly program status, risks, and performance metrics
- Maintain and manage program documentation, ensuring timely review and approvals
- Monitor program budgets, spending, and overall financial tracking
- Coordinate program requirements, issues, risks, and funding updates
- Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and document minutes and action items
- Develop and distribute program schedules, reports, and performance metrics
- Track project tasks and ensure completion of key deliverables
- Manage communication with stakeholders, leadership, and internal teams
- Support change management activities across projects and programs
Required Qualifications
- Strong understanding of on-premises infrastructure (Windows, Linux, networking, security appliances)
- Experience with cloud environments, preferably Microsoft Azure
- Knowledge of project management methodologies, processes, and best practices
- Experience in program coordination, reporting, and documentation management
- Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
- PMP Certification (or equivalent) preferred
Salary : $65 - $70
