Job Title: IT Support Technician / Help Desk Support
Location: San Diego, CA (Onsite)
Type: Contract
Pay range: $25.00-$28.00/hr on w2.
We are looking for candidates with strong communication, troubleshooting, and customer service skills to support end users across Windows, macOS, networking, printers, and Microsoft applications.
Key Skills:
• Windows 10/11 & macOS Support
• Active Directory / Azure AD
• Microsoft 365 / Office 365
• Networking Basics – TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN
• Hardware Troubleshooting – PCs, Laptops, Printers
• SCCM, Intune, Jamf, Autopilot
• ServiceNow & ITIL knowledge preferred
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field
• 6 months of IT support or troubleshooting experience
• Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills
Work Schedule:
• 100% Onsite
• Mon–Fri | 8 AM – 5 PM
Candidates with certifications like CompTIA A , Network , or Microsoft Modern Desktop Administrator are a plus.
