Job Title: Employee Development Specialist
Duration: 12 months (possibility of extension)
Manufacturing Functional Excellence - Training and Compliance Team seeks Senior Employee Development Specialists with aerospace/aircraft manufacturing expertise to train new hires and upskill current employees in manufacturing, quality, and foundational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver coaching training on manufacturing skills, quality assurance, blueprints/schematics, and safety standards.
- Facilitate learning events, assess performance, and recommend improvements.
- Ensure compliance with regulations; collaborate on projects and evaluations.
Required Skills:
- Experience manufacturing/aerospace skills (military experience accepted).
- Prior training/mentoring in team environments.
- Strong communication, presentation, and assessment skills.
Salary : $45 - $55
