Position : Deskside Support
Location : Woodland Hills, CA 91367
Duration : 4 months Contract (Onsite 5 days a week)
1 year of experience in a desktop support role.
We are looking for technicians with strong end-user support experience who can provide hands-on technical support for hardware, software, and workplace technology issues. Responsibilities would include laptop and desktop troubleshooting, device repair and replacement, operating system support, application troubleshooting, endpoint support, conference room and collaboration technology support, incident resolution, technical documentation, and customer service. Ideal candidates should have experience working in an enterprise IT environment and possess strong communication, problem-solving, and customer-facing skills. Experience with Active Directory, virtual desktop environments, and IT service management tools is preferred.
Provides on-site desktop support/consulting services and problem resolution.
Interfaces with other support groups and/or suppliers to resolve problems.
Troubleshoots routine to moderately complex desktop problems.
Completes special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
Specialized training in PC/LAN Technology.
Education Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent IT-related certifications and relevant experience.
Salary : $20 - $25
