Screen Press Operator

Job Type: Full-time

Expected hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM.

Schedule: Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities:

Screen Printing & Production Operations

• Operate automatic and manual screen printing presses for apparel and custom

products

• Set up screens, inks, squeegees, platens, and materials accurately for each job

• Perform test prints, make necessary adjustments, and ensure print quality before full

runs

• Ensure proper alignment, curing, and color accuracy throughout production

• Monitor machines and troubleshoot minor issues to minimize downtime

Prep & Maintenance

• Assist with reclaiming and preparing screens for upcoming jobs

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area, press stations, and ink supply

• Follow all safety and company procedures to maintain a clean and safe work

environment

• Assist with ink mixing, screen cleaning, and basic press maintenance

Team Collaboration & Support

• Support other production areas as needed (packaging, heat pressing, embroidery

prep, etc.)

• Communicate with team members and supervisors to stay aligned on job priorities

and timelines

• Maintain consistent pace and productivity to help meet daily and weekly production

goals

Requirements:

• Experience in screen printing or production work.

• Willingness to learn and take direction in a hands-on production environment.

• Strong attention to detail, especially with quality control and print alignment.

• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs regularly.

• Dependable, punctual, and a team player with a positive attitude.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Experience:

• Previous experience operating screen-printing presses is preferred.

• Familiarity with ink mixing, screen preparation, and basic maintenance.

• Experience in apparel decoration or large-format production.

Preferred Education/Certifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

• On-the-job training and certification in screen printing processes will be provided.

• Coursework or hands-on experience in printing, production, or visual arts.

Pay: Up to $19.00 per hour
