We are seeking a friendly and outgoing Industrial Service Coordinator to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service support and resolving technical issues.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries
- Job quoting
- Create work orders.
- Assign and schedule technicians
- Order parts
- Create, manage, and renew annual service agreements
- File warranty claims with manufacturer
- Assist A/R with invoicing questions
- Provide information and support about the products and services
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
- Create, manage, and renew annual service agreements
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to meet multiple deadlines effectively and efficiently
- Positive, friendly, and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Technical knowledge of service industry a plus but not required
