ACI Construction Co., Inc., part of the Kirk Corporation family, is seeking a Project Manager to lead construction projects from start to finish. You’ll work directly with our President, oversee project delivery, and make an impact on every job.
What You’ll Do
Manage all phases of construction: estimating, scheduling, procurement, documentation.
Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field staff to keep projects on track.
Oversee contracts, change orders, pay apps, and project files (Timberline, Procore).
Partner with superintendents to plan manpower, equipment, and safety.
Communicate with architects, engineers, and clients on progress.
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in construction project management.
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Familiarity with Timberline and/or Procore a plus.
Commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork.
