️ What You’ll Be Doing
Lead all phases of construction projects: estimating, scheduling, procurement, and execution
Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field staff to keep projects on track
Oversee contracts, change orders, pay applications, and project documentation (Timberline, Procore)
Partner with superintendents to plan manpower, equipment, and safety strategies
Communicate project progress with architects, engineers, and clients
Who We’re Looking For
Proven experience in construction project management
Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
Familiarity with construction software like Timberline and/or Procore is a plus
