Responsibilities
- Provide academic support to ensure students gain full understanding and mastery of course topics.
- Teach supplemental word problems and challenge questions beyond standard school curricula.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment that promotes academic achievement.
- Utilize effective classroom management to maintain a productive learning atmosphere.
- Mentor and guide students in both academic development and personal growth.
- Stay informed on the latest educational practices, learning technologies, and pedagogical innovations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven teaching experience at the primary or secondary school level.
- Strong proficiency in Grammar, Vocabulary, Reading comprehension and writing
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for working with students, families, and colleagues.
- Knowledge of behavior management strategies and effective classroom discipline.
- Experience integrating educational technology to enhance teaching and student engagement.
