Our team comprises driven Sales Executives who thrive in an environment that values diligence and fosters growth. Operating within designated territories, our staff cultivate relationships through informative discussions, promoting and selling our home protection plans via phone or face-to-face interactions with real estate professionals and homeowners, as well as hosting presentations in real estate offices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a comprehensive database of active real estate offices and their respective professionals.
- Establish a roster of 1000 productive real estate professionals, implementing a consistent 7-touch communication strategy.
- Prospect 50 of the 1000 real estate professionals per workday, utilizing one of the 7-touch methods and logging interactions in the Achosa CRM.
- Forge alliances with real estate brokers and professionals, securing sales agreements.
- Demonstrate timely and proactive communication, responding to calls and messages within 2 hours and addressing emails and social media correspondence on the same day.
- Implement the sales plan within the exclusive territory, comprising phone outreach and one-on-one appointments with qualified stakeholders such as real estate brokers, professionals, title personnel, and attorneys.
- Uphold a prominent presence in the territory by attending realtor office events and industry gatherings.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Proven track record in Outside Sales, meeting and exceeding sales targets.
