What You'll Do
As a Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Aide (PCA), your responsibilities will include:

- Preparing meals, performing light housekeeping, and running errands
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Monitoring client conditions and reporting changes to your care team
- Following a personalized care plan developed by clinical supervisors

- Valid HHA certification or PCA training in New York State
- Reliable transportation to visit clients in Saratoga, Herkimer, or Fulton County
