What are the responsibilities and job description for the Line Cook Solana Beach position at Achilles Coffee Roasters?
Achilles Coffee Roasters is growing and we are adding an additional team member to our kitchen staff. We are a locally owned independent coffee roaster. We have a breakfast and lunch menu and are looking for a new team member in the kitchen.
Responsibilities include:
Preparing breakfast and lunch items on the line and the flat top grill.
Prepping and stocking station.
Communicating with team members for ordering and stock levels.
Open and closing tasks.
Keeping a clean kitchen is very important.
Previous kitchen experience is required. (1 Year Minimum)
Required skills:
Team Player, Reliable and On Time, Self Starter, Clean and Organized Worker, Excellent Communicator, Ability to Prepare and Present Food According to Menu Specifications.

Weekdays/Weekends
6:30am-3 pm
or
7:30am-4pm
$20/hr Tips
