Nurse Practitioner (1099 Contractor) – Primary Care
We are seeking a highly skilled and fully autonomous Nurse Practitioner to join our growing and innovative primary care team. This is a 1099 independent contractor position with no benefits currently offered; however, benefits opportunities may become available in the future as the practice continues to grow.
Our practice provides a unique model of care that includes both in-home primary care services and office-based primary care. We are looking for a motivated provider who is comfortable working independently while collaborating with a supportive clinical team on complex and challenging cases.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients in both home and office settings
- Perform patient assessments, diagnoses, treatment planning, and follow-up care
- Manage chronic and acute medical conditions independently
- Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals on complex patient cases
- Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care with a strong focus on quality outcomes
- Participate in care coordination and interdisciplinary case discussions as needed
Qualifications
- Active Nurse Practitioner license in good standing
- Ability to practice independently and autonomously
- Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills
- Experience in primary care, family medicine, geriatrics, or home-based care preferred
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable traveling for in-home patient visits when required
