The Real Estate Marketing Assistant will be responsible for advancing the community and customer experience of our real estate team through online and traditional marketing. The position requires interaction with our marketing, customer service, operations, sales, and technology teams to ensure that our website, social media, collateral, and other communications accurately reflect our brand. Compensation:$45,000 - $70,000
Responsibilities:- Monitor incoming leads and prospects and then incorporate those into marketing campaigns to help increase company growth
- Plan and organize all team events, take photos, and then market on social media
- Create, deliver and edit marketing materials and advertising campaigns that are effective and timely
- Oversee all new community launches and develop campaigns and signage to entice potential buyers
- Manage website design, content, SEO development and tracking analytics to ensure all content is up to date and relevant
- Oversee staging and listing photography. Coordinate staging materials, movers, and photographer so brochures are ready prior to listing. Use Matterport to create 3-D virtual tours.
- Oversee a remote employee who is uploading social media content to Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn, as well as our website and our Multiple Listing Service.
- Supervise remote employees
- Degree in Marketing or equivalent work experience required
- Develops innovative forward design concepts
- Must possess excellent communication skills and have a positive, upbeat attitude
- Encourages and is open to innovative ideas and suggestions
- Excellent time management skills in planning brochures for listings or seminars for potential clients
