Join us!Hours: Mon - Fri, during school hours and after schoolWe offer competitive compensation and benefits packages, including:Flexible schedulePaid time offOpportunities for advancementOngoing training and supervision from experienced professionals in the fieldHealth insuranceReferral programRegistered Behavior Technician (RBT) Responsibilities:Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)Provide direct one-on-one therapy to individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)Collect and record data on client progress and behavior - Assist with the development and implementation of individualized treatment plansCollaborate with the BCBA and other team members to ensure consistency in treatment approachSupport clients in developing and improving social, communication, and daily living skillsUse positive reinforcement techniques to encourage desired behaviorsMaintain a safe and supportive environment for clientsRegistered Behavior Technician (RBT) Experience:Previous experience working with individuals with autism or related developmental disabilities is preferred but not requiredKnowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and techniques is a plusAbility to follow instructions and implement behavior intervention plans effectivelyStrong communication skills, both verbal and writtenPatience, empathy, and compassion when working with individuals with special needsAbility to work independently as well as part of a teamResponsible, reliable and respectfulEnjoy working with childrenIf you enjoy working with kids and have a positive attitude, we'd love to talk!
