Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) — Frankfort, IN
Location: Frankfort, Indiana (Clinton County) Setting: In-Home / Field-Based Schedule: Part-Time | Monday–Friday Pay: $27–$28/hour
About This Role
Achievers ABA Therapy is looking for a part-time RBT to deliver in-home ABA therapy to children with autism in the Frankfort area. Sessions take place in clients' homes across Clinton County. If you're looking for consistent part-time work with real clinical mentorship and a team that supports your development, this is the role.
What You'll Do
- Implement individualized ABA therapy programs under BCBA supervision
- Collect accurate session data
- Build consistent rapport with clients and their families
- Communicate session progress to your supervising BCBA
- Support development of communication, social, and daily living skills
What We're Looking For
- Current RBT certification or willingness to obtain upon hire (training provided)
- Reliable transportation within the Frankfort and Clinton County area
- Patient, consistent, and genuinely good with kids
- Available part-time Monday–Friday
