What You’ll Do
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in a clinic setting
- Follow individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA
- Collect accurate session data and track client progress
- Collaborate with BCBAs and clinical staff on treatment goals
- Support skill development, behavior reduction, and positive outcomes
- Maintain a safe, engaging, and structured therapy environment
- Active RBT certification (or willingness to obtain—we provide training)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable, consistent attendance for a full-time schedule
- Passion for working with children and making an impact
- Ability to follow clinical direction and stay organized
