Location: (Near Eastside / 46201 & 46205 area)

Setting: In-Home / Field-Based

Schedule: Part-Time or Full-Time | Monday-Friday Pay: $27-$28/hour

About This Role

Achievers ABA Therapy is looking for a bilingual (Spanish/English) RBT to deliver in-home ABA therapy to children with autism in the east Indianapolis area. Sessions take place in clients' homes in and around the 46201 and 46205 zip codes. Your bilingual skills are a genuine clinical asset here — many of the families we serve are Spanish-speaking, and being able to communicate naturally with parents and caregivers makes a real difference in outcomes.

What You'll Do

• Implement individualized ABA therapy programs under BCBA supervision
• Collect accurate session data
• Build consistent rapport with clients and their families — in both languages
• Communicate session progress to your supervising BCBA
• Support parent training and caregiver coaching in Spanish and English
  
  
  

What We're Looking For

• Current RBT certification or willingness to obtain upon hire (training provided)
• Fluent in Spanish and English — written and spoken
• Reliable transportation within the east Indianapolis area
• Patient, consistent, and genuinely good with kids
