Position Details
- Position Type: Full-Time
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM PST
- Location: 3 days at 11811 N. Tatum Blvd, Suite 3031, Phoenix, AZ 85028/ 2 days remote.
- Preferred Location: Phoenix, Arizona
- Salary: Starting at $55,000-$60,000 annually, pending experience
- Minimum of 2 years of recruitment experience required
- Bilingual Spanish required
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Experience with interviewing, sourcing, and candidate management
- ABA or healthcare recruiting experience preferred
- Experience using Indeed, job boards, and recruiting platforms preferred
- Source and recruit candidates for open positions
- Screen resumes and conduct phone interviews
- Coordinate interviews with leadership and clinical teams
- Manage recruitment pipelines and candidate communication
- Maintain timely follow-up with applicants
- Assist with onboarding coordination and hiring processes
- Partner with leadership to support staffing needs and company growth
- Help maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
