Responsibilities
- Provide training in community-integrated settings aligned with person-centered goals of program participants.
- Ensure services meet the company's Service Design and the expectations of individuals served.
- Maintain compliance with company programs, practices, and policies specific to program and client management.
- Deliver continuous instructions for independent community and vocational skills development.
- Adhere to each individual's ISP and services outlined in the Service Design.
- Teach and promote appropriate activities and effective use of time.
Required Skills and Experience
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Must pass a background check.
- Reliable transportation and a current California drivers license with ongoing proof of state-required auto insurance.
- Proficiency in computer and technology skills.
- Flexibility in work schedule to meet company needs.
- Patience, compassion, and ability to serve as a role model for adults with disabilities.
Compensation
The anticipated hiring pay for this role is $23.00 to $25.00/hr, depending on experience.
