Achievement Charter Academy in Fuquay Varina has K-5 teaching positions available in a multi-age classrooms. Our mission is to foster individual achievement by teaching students to be self-directed learners and community contributors in a respectful, diverse, and inclusive learning environment. We use the Glasser Quality School model as an innovative learning approach to meet the needs of our diverse group of students. We believe this offers a fluid and flexible delivery to help maximize students' learning styles and abilities.
To offer a well-rounded experience for our students, we incorporate Choice Time activities provided by parents, retired teachers, and community members, including art, music, cooking, gardening, auto mechanics, carpentry, and more.

Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree
- Current North Carolina Teaching License
