Achievement Behavior Services is seeking compassionate and dependable ABA Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children and adolescents with autism spectrum disorder (ASD).
This is a part-time, in-person position providing services in clients’ homes and community settings throughout Nassau County. We are currently hiring for several consistent after-school and weekend schedules.

Achievement Behavior Services is an Applied Behavior Analysis agency founded in 2015 and led by experienced BCBA and LCSW professionals. We provide in-home and community-based ABA therapy to children and adolescents with autism.
Our Behavior Technicians work directly with clients to strengthen communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills while promoting greater confidence and independence.

Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in accordance with the client’s individualized treatment plan
Implement behavior intervention strategies under the supervision of a BCBA
Support the development of communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills
Use appropriate reinforcement and behavioral redirection techniques
Collect accurate data during each session
Complete timely and detailed session notes
Recognize and document changes in client behavior and progress
Communicate professionally with clients, caregivers, supervisors, and coworkers
Seek clinical guidance from the supervising BCBA when support is needed
Maintain a consistent weekly schedule and arrive punctually for sessions
Experience working with children or adolescents
Experience supporting individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities
Education or coursework in applied behavior analysis, psychology, special education, education, social work, or a related field
Registered Behavior Technician certification is preferred but not required
Strong communication and rapport-building skills
Compassionate, patient, dependable, and adaptable
Ability to remain professional in challenging situations
Ability to accurately document session notes and behavioral data
Ability to travel consistently to the selected client’s location
Additional qualifications or documentation as required by New York State
