Collaborate with field sales reps to manage territory account activities – prospecting, quotes, upselling.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone and email about products and quote requests
- Proactively contact customers (“warm leads”) to develop sales opportunities; schedule customer appointments for field sales team when relevant
- Assist with marketing campaigns, tradeshows, etc.
- Upsell service contracts and reagents
Qualifications
- BS in life sciences
- 3 years experience in customer support/sales of life science products
- Familiarity with accounts (academic, biotech and pharma) in the regions a plus
- Basic knowledge of protein and/or cell based techniques (westerns, flow cytometry, elisas, etc. )
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong collaborative skills – ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with both internal and external customers
