This role is focused on optimizing our consumer-facing flows while ensuring that consumer experiences are simple, cohesive, inclusive, and meet a high bar of functional and visual design quality and effectiveness. You will play a key role in shaping the design vision, strategy and execution of our products. You will collaborate closely with marketers, designers, researchers, writers, engineers, and product managers. You’ll be responsible for owning the end to end design process, from discovery and ideation to prototyping, testing and execution with a concentration on experimentation. You’ll invest in building relationships, educating the organization about the importance of design while championing and demonstrating best practices.
What You’ll Do
Proactively partner with marketers, designers, engineers, and product teams in understanding key user needs and directly contributing to business objectives.
Build and develop user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to communicate solutions to cross-functional partners.
Conduct competitive explorations and leverage conversion best practices to develop new and innovative approaches to boost performance.
Use, contribute to, and evolve our design system to maintain consistency and scalability across products.
Take ownership of learning the industry and helping your teams reach business outcomes through a data-driven approach.
Facilitate design workshops, brainstorming sessions, and collaborative activities to foster a co-creation environment and ensure design quality.
Enable teams to build products without friction through detailed documentation of guidelines, recommendations, and processes.
Effectively communicate the intention and constraints within your design work to partners and stakeholders in order to drive clarity and alignment.
Mentor other designers and support their growth through guidance, feedback, and setting an example of best practices.
