Essential Functions
Process Improvement
- Conduct workflow analyses and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce redundancies.
- Establish performance metrics and dashboards for continuous monitoring Vendor and Partner Relations
- Negotiate and maintain strong relationships with vendors and service providers.
- Evaluate vendor performance and implement corrective actions when necessary
- Oversee vendor contract management, ensuring greater than 95% compliance and cost savings.
- Provides strategic leadership and direct supervision to work procurement team, ensuring operational goals are met through effective coaching, performance management, and development of high-performing teams.
- Oversees daily operations, sets clear expectations, and fosters accountability to maintain efficiency and compliance with organizational standards.
- Oversee data integrity and security within operational systems.
- Collaborate with IT to ensure smooth system upgrades and troubleshoot issues.
- Evaluate, implement, and integrate IT platforms (case management, HRIS, ect).
- Oversees the design and implementation of training programs to enhance staff skills and operational efficiency.
- Ensures continuous professional development by identifying competency gaps, creating learning opportunities, and fostering a culture of growth and engagement across all teams.
- Contribute to long-term organizational planning and growth strategies, including driving business development by evaluating and launching 2-4 partnerships/services annually.
- Identifying emerging trends and recommending innovative solutions to enhance service delivery.
- Identify and prepare regular reports for management team on operational performance, compliance, and risk including developing and executing on operational improvement plans and scorecard
- Use data-driven insights to inform decision-making and strategic initiatives.
