Responsibilities:
Responsible for managing staff, overseeing patient care and ensuring adherence to established policies and procedures over the course of their shift.The RN Supervisor will promote and restore patients' health by developing day-to-day management and long-term planning of the patient care area, directing and developing staff, collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary professional staffs and providing physical and psychological support for residents and their families.
