Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Physical Therapist located in Syracuse, NY. The Physical Therapist will be responsible for assessing patients’ physical conditions, creating personalized therapy plans, implementing rehabilitation techniques, and assisting patients in achieving their movement and functionality goals. Collaboration with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care and tracking patient progress will also be an essential part of this role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation techniques
- Skills in providing comprehensive Patient Care and Home exercise programs
- Strong understanding and knowledge of Medicine related to physical therapy practices
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team
- Valid Physical Therapy licensure in the state of New York
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Diligence in maintaining records and tracking patient progress
- Experience in outpatient or clinical physical therapy settings is a plus
