Achieve Partners, a private equity firm focused on education, edtech, and workforce, is seeking a Analyst based in New York. We are looking for candidates with 1-3 years work experience (counting summers) to help manage exciting and growing portfolio companies challenging legacy education and workforce systems and tackling the skills and talent gaps.

The Role
The position is ideal for someone who is interested in education, edtech, and workforce and looking to gain exposure to the sourcing and investing process, as well as strategic and operational aspects of private equity portfolio management.
Analysts are involved in supporting the due diligence of new investments and providing financial, strategic, and operational support to portfolio companies. Candidates should have experience with project management, as well as financial analysis and financial modeling and can speak and write articulately to communicate insights from their work to the broader team. In time, analysts will begin sourcing and closing new investments.

Requirements
- 1-3 years work experience (including summers) in a consulting, investment bank or accounting firm as an analyst, working on client projects and managing complex workflows.
- Financial modeling experience.
- Intellectual curiosity and passion for education, edtech, and the future of work
- Outstanding work ethic
- Ability to manage multiple projects
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
