Job Summary
The Early Intervention Administrative Services Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operational oversight of the Early Intervention service delivery across the Long Island region.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Maintain oversight of LI EI services provision and ensure adherence to company, county, and NYS Early Intervention regulations
- Analyze, monitor, and manage system reports to ensure timely and consistent delivery of therapeutic services in compliance with IFSP authorizations
- Analyze provider clinical fulfillment to ensure children receive services as authorized
- Ensure services start on timely matter.
- Work collaboratively with DOH officials, providers, families, and service coordinators to problem-solve and optimize attendance
- Maintain clear, concise documentation in the case activity log
- Foster a positive, collaborative provider culture consistent with Achieve Beyond' s mission and values
- Analyze key program metrics on a regular basis; identify trends, flag variances, and implement or recommend operational changes to address gaps and improve performance.
- Work collaboratively with Credentialing, Billing, and Accounts Receivable departments
- Prepare bi-weekly dashboard emails and contribute data to monthly dashboard meetings reporting on program status
- Other duties as assigned by Manager
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Health Sciences, or a related field required; Master's degree preferred
- 23 years of experience in the Early Intervention Program preferred
- Experience in a supervisory or management role preferred
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and EI-related data systems
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong organizational, time-management, and analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable with data review and performance reporting
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external stakeholders
- Must be able to travel to and from assigned work events, including driving a personal vehicle, walking, and/or use of public transportation
- Occasionally ascends/descends stairs at work locations
- Occasionally moves and/or lifts objects at work weighing up to 20 pounds
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position for prolonged periods of time (up to 90% of the workday) working on a computer or electronic device
- Ability to observe details at close range and communicate information accurately in all work situations
Salary : $28 - $32
