If this sounds like you, please apply today!Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic, professional, and hardworking Jr. Executive Assistant to join our growing team. The Jr. Executive Assistant will provide direct professional support to the CEO. This position gives access to learn all areas of the company's operations. This role will work primarily out of the Melville, Long Island office. This role is a great opportunity to learn and grow within Achieve Beyond. Responsibilities:Assist the CEO with various special projectsOrganize and respond to CEO's emails and voicemails.Extensive calendar managementReconcile executive credit card statements monthlyManage vacation/paid time off or other time requests for direct reports to the CEOMaintain confidentiality of all company and personnel mattersAssist with the coordination of travel arrangements, prepare detailed itineraries, and stay on top of all logisticsCoordination of meetings including agenda preparation, ordering food, and travel arrangementsFollow-ups on pending assignments with the management teamMaintain Executive office in order and supplies stockedResponsible for ordering all company promotional materialsMust be flexible to new tasks as neededOur Mission:We believe that all children have potential. Compensation: Full-time hourly non-exempt $25-$30 per hourHours: Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:30pm must be willing to work overtime as needed.
