Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and supportive HR Representative to join our administrative team. This position plays a critical role in ensuring a consistent and efficient experience for all employees. Responsibilities include managing new employee onboarding, maintaining accurate records, coordinating with clinical staff and providing basic support. The ideal candidate is organized, reliable, and able to communicate clearly while supporting employees and internal teams in a fast-paced environment. This is a full time (9-5) in person position in our Toms River, NJ office.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required
1–2 years of experience working in an office or administrative setting
Detail-oriented and highly organized
Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with ClickUp preferred
Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
Salary:
Hourly rate: $18-$21, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
