Achieve at Home Physical and Occupational Therapy is seeking PRN Physical Therapists that are interested in providing exceptional Physical Therapy care in the comfort of the patient’s home. Physical Therapists must have an active PT license. NO TEMPORARY LICENSES ACCEPTED. This opportunity allows you to customize the job to meet your needs by creating your own hours, location, and patient load based on your preferences. Qualifications:
- Active CT, NY, or FL PT License
- Hands on CPR certification
- Current TB/PPD
Responsibilities Include:
- Provide homecare services that help improve mobility, relieve pain, and prevent or limit permanent physical disabilities of patients suffering from diseases or injuries.
- Record patient responses to treatments and reports outcomes of treatment through proper documentation
- Establishing relationships with your patients to keep them engaged and positive about their treatment
- Provide guidance to family members and home health aides
- Conducting yourself in a kind, courteous and professional manner to all patients, family members, home health aides, and anyone else involved in caring for the patient
- Keeping a positive, teamwork approach
