About the Role

We're looking for a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. In this role, you will use your expertise to make a real difference in the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities and their families. You'll be a key leader in designing and implementing life-changing behavior intervention plans and guiding our team to success.


Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand client needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Create and oversee evidence-based behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
  • Train, manage, and provide hands-on support to our team of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
  • Collect and analyze data to track client progress and adjust interventions as needed.
  • Provide guidance and training to families and caregivers.
  • Collaborate with other professionals, such as speech and occupational therapists, to ensure a comprehensive approach to care.
  • Maintain accurate and timely client documentation.


Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
  • Must be a certified BCBA by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
  • Experience working with individuals with autism and other developmental disorders is a plus.


Skills & Environment

  • Strong understanding of ABA principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Proficiency in data collection and analysis.
  • Ability to work in various settings, including homes, clinics, or schools.
  • Flexibility to accommodate client schedules, including some evenings or weekends.
