- Manage and mentor the staff and contractors supporting membership services, events/executions, marketing, sponsorships and communications.
- Own the annual events calendar: design, budget, deliver, evaluate (50 events/year).
- Grow and strengthen membership: retention, recruitment, engagement, value proposition.
- Cultivate sponsorships, partnerships and corporate alignment to enhance Chapter value and financial sustainability.
- Serve as the primary liaison between the Chapter and ACG regional/national office.
- Ensure strong brand, communications and marketing presence for the Chapter in the South Florida professional community.

- Leverage data and member feedback to continuously improve programs, membership experience and value proposition.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 8-10 years’ experience in association management, chapter leadership, business development, events, membership, or related domain (preferably in a trade or professional association or similar environment).
- Proven track record of managing events and programs at scale (ideally 30-50 annually).
- Strong strategic thinker with ability to execute operationally, comfortable with both “big picture” and details.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills — able to engage with senior executives, volunteers, sponsors and staff.
- Experience building and growing membership-based organizations and/or networks.
- Comfortable working with volunteer leadership and board governance structures.
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, sponsorships, and revenue-generating programs.
- Self-starter / entrepreneurial mindset: able to thrive in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.
- Based in or able to relocate to South Florida, with willingness to travel locally and regionally as required.
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
Why This Opportunity
