Responsibilities:
- Safely and efficiently operate order picking equipment to fulfill customer orders
- Pick and pack items accurately and efficiently according to order specifications
- Load and unload trucks, ensuring proper stacking and securing of products
- Stock inventory in designated areas
- Perform quality control checks to ensure accuracy and integrity of orders
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Requirements:
- Ability to lift heavy objects, up to [50] pounds, repeatedly throughout the day
- Experience operating order picking equipment is preferred but not required; mechanical knowledge is a plus
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity targets
Note: This job may require standing for long periods of time and working in various temperature conditions.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
